We are interested in lateral attorneys with securities and corporate transactional experience dealing with self-filings, reverse mergers, reqistered direct offering, PIPEs, mergers & acquisitions, the '33 and '34 Acts, blue sky filings, registration statements on forms S-1, S-3 and S-4, private placements, Section#16 filings, periodic filings and proxies/information statements.
We are also interested in law students with experience or interest in securities law and corporate transactions.
