Jamie Yi Wang is a corporate and securities associate. She has focused on representation of issuers and underwriters in private placement including Rule 144A placements and securities offerings ranging from IPOs, secondary offerings, reverse mergers, PIPE offerings and depository receipts. Ms. Wang also has experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, in particular in transactions involving China. She is familiar with Chinese corporate and securities laws and regulations.
Ms. Wang graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School with honors. She interned with the Honorable Joan Ericksen, Judge of District Court of Minnesota. She was also an intern with the Senator Amy Klobuchar's office in Washington, DC.
